Potential drought is expected to increase in the second half of this year .
Australian Meteorological Agency warned of the potential for increased El Nino weather pattern at the end of 2014 . This weather phenomenon impact the risk of making some areas of the world affected by drought and floods .

U.S. Meteorologists said the potential for increased El Nino occurs after neutral conditions in the Northern Hemisphere spring 2014.

As known , the El Nino Southern Oscillation is known ( ENSO ), which is a symptom of irregularities in the surface temperature of the Pacific Ocean on the west coast of Ecuador and Peru are higher than normal threshold .

Rising temperatures in the Pacific Ocean lead to changes in wind patterns and rainfall that is on it , especially in the United States and surroundings .

" The risk of El Nino during the second half of this year increased , but there is no guarantee happen in the near future , " said Andrew Watkins , Supervisor Climate Prediction Australian Bureau of Meteorology .

Watkins said early indications are that the weather patterns may come early June , although the outlook is unclear until the second quarter .

Predicted El Nino can lead to flooding and heavy rains in the U.S. and South America . Instead , it could trigger symptoms long drought in Indonesia and around Southeast Asia as well as Australia .

Currently , most of the east coast of Australia has been suffering from drought , crop damage and livestock production in Queensland . Indonesian region are encouraged to anticipate early on.
