Reflected light gadget be the cause of sleep disorders

If you often feel you can not sleep well, or even could not sleep at all, this may be due to the habit of playing gadgets before bed. The study results showed electric light can suppress the production of melatonin, a hormone that helps the brain to rest.
Researchers from Monash University in Australia, Professor Shantha Rajaratnam, confirms the growing evidence of the electric glow, or 'artificial light' that cause sleep disturbance at night.
